Clear Skies Meadery

Clear Skies Meadery is a local taproom, with event space, and large production facility located on Display Court off Gude Drive.

We create delicious meads by fermenting honey with added ingredients such as whole fruits, unsweetened fruit purees, spices, herbs, and hops. We have 26 meads on tap and change out our flavors seasonally. Our meads range from dry to sweet and from 7% to 13% alcohol by volume (ABV).

We use local honey, US sourced honey, and organic honey that is ethically sourced and harvested. All of our meads are gluten free and have no artificial sugars. We rely on the honey and naturally occuring sugars of any fruits we add in order to make our meads more sweet if desired. We currently brew everything in house and can brew up to 30 barrels at a time.
