Terms and Conditions of Use for Explore Rockville: Global Bites Dining Passport

1. The Explore Rockville: Global Bites Dining Passport is valid for use during the specified 10-day period from June 2-11, 2023.
2. The dining passport is a digital/electronic passport that contains $25 worth of coupons, each valued at $5.
3. Each coupon can be redeemed as a $5 discount for dine-in or take-away purchases (excluding alcohol) at participating restaurants.
4. To be eligible for the $5 discount, the total bill amount (before taxes) must be $25 or more.
5. Only one $5 coupon can be redeemed per participating restaurant visit to encourage diners to explore multiple restaurants.
6. The dining passport coupon balance will update after successfully redeeming a coupon
7. The dining passport is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who downloaded it.
8. The dining passport is for personal use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.
9. Participating restaurants may have their own terms and conditions, operating hours, and restrictions, which users must adhere to when redeeming their coupons.
10. The dining passport does not cover taxes, gratuities, or any additional charges beyond the $5 discount.
11. Lost, stolen, or damaged dining passports will not be replaced, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
12. Rockville Economic Development. Inc. and participating restaurants reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the dining passport program at any time without prior notice.
13. Rockville Economic Development. Inc. and participating restaurants shall not be held liable for any accidents, losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during the use of the dining passport.
14. By downloading and using the dining passport, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
